About Us
With us, everything is carefully handmade in the family business. So we never lose track and can guarantee the highest quality.
Working holistically is a great concern for us. We often let nature dictate the plan. In winter the goats are not milked, so there is no fresh goat cheese. And when the Gitzi are born in spring, there is less milk for cheese production, because the young animal drinks it for healthy growth.
