For over 25 years I have been working in the gastronomy with enthusiasm and conviction. During this time I learned to appreciate the values of high quality and honest products. Today I work with excellent producers from the region as well as from the Valais. This allows me to serve you honest food and drinks. I am delighted from the bottom of my heart to be able to welcome you at my place.

Together with my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a touch of Mediteranée. Our specialty is fish, but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place. For wine lovers there is a large selection from the sunny slopes of Lake Biel. at your disposal.

Gastronomy Our dishes are traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure. The wines from our offer come from regional winegrowers of the Bielersee. They captivate by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is completed with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. The Valais sun and the soil characteristics of the Visper Valley produce tasty white and red wines.
