I discovered my passion for gastronomy at a very early age. After my training as a restaurant assistant, I gained gastronomic experience in various establishments. My stations included the 4-star Hotel Säntispark in St. Gallen and the Restaurant Schiff in Rheineck / Buriet. Subsequently, I continued my education at the Hotel Management School Belvoirpark in Zurich and was able to deepen my knowledge. In addition, I worked on a cruise ship of TUI Cruises as a Wine Steward and worked my way up to Ship Sommelier. As Maitre`d of "Mein Schiff" I finally managed various restaurants. Between sea and land, I helped to successfully open the Quellenhof restaurant in Rapperswil. Before I became self-employed, I was also the restaurant manager at the Restaurant Rössli in Hurden.

The Restaurant Schiff in Männedorf is the fulfillment of my dream and I would like to welcome you to it.
