We value simple, healthy cuisine that is affordable for everyone. Fresh products from the nearest surroundings, consideration for local products and traders as well as careful handling of resources are part of our philosophy. Therefore, there are now only a few dishes on the menu, which change diligently.

We keep our theme weeks: in September we serve fresh rösti dishes, then we celebrate the hunting season and round off the year with fine festive dishes... until we welcome the New Year in January with Grosi's hearty cuisine with Suurem Mocke, tongue and veal shanks. In March we prepare local Chüngel specialties, followed by the fine asparagus dishes and from May already the early summer beckons...
