For 35 years now, Mette and Freddy Kaiser have been using their skills and passion for the culinary well-being of their guests.

The man from Baden, who grew up on Lake Constance, and the Danish woman from Odense discovered each other and their shared love for Switzerland after many years of professional experience all over the world.

As managing owners of the family-run Hotel Chlosterhof in Stein am Rhein, they decided to move on to Lake Zurich after it was sold. In their function as host couple in the "Hirschen am See" in Obermeilen they spoiled their guests for many years before they were drawn back to independence and now take care of your well-being as your new hosts in the Restaurant Eulachpark.

Freddy Kaiser is dedicated to the regional and seasonal cuisine of Switzerland. With his know-how he spoils his guests with freshness and variety, but a touch of international cuisine may not be missing.

His wife Mette takes care of the guests and the smooth running of the service with dedication and love.
