Be welcome in our newly built hotel. With us you will find relaxation, tranquility and plenty of fresh Appenzell air.
Our restaurant is just right for cozy hours for two. The rooms can be arranged for parties of up to 120 people, or subdivided for 40 and 70 people. In our wheelchair-accessible dining rooms we serve home-style cooking with Appenzell and seasonal specialties.

When the sun sinks in the west, glowing gold, and the village of Appenzell slowly sinks into darkness at your feet, the stars in the sky twinkle in competition with the lights in the valley. An atmospheric ambience for an exceptional barbecue evening on the Freudenberg. We have our garden grill in operation during the summer months, weather permitting.
