The cheese dairy Schafer We are a family business located in Cressier above Murten. We have been producing Mont Vully cheese since 1994. We offer it in three variations: the rather mild Mont Vully Classique with an ageing period of 3-4 months, the mature Mont Vully Réserve with an age of 6-8 months and the Mont Vully Bio Knospe, which is made from organic milk and according to the guidelines of Bio-Suisse. IDerm store we also offer other cheese specialties from our production such as Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, Raclette cheese, stilli Zärtlichkeite, Saint Urbain . . .
