**The Restaurant Le Dézaley is located in the Niederdorf, right at the foot of the Grossenmünster.

We are especially known for our cheese fondue. Other Vaudois or Swiss specialties, such as krautwurst, snails, Zürcher Geschnetzeltes or an Eglifilet fried in butter will also make the hearts of "non-cheese lovers" beat faster. In addition to the standard menu, we offer seasonally changing dishes such as game or asparagus and at lunchtime we expand our offer with quick and easy menus.

In our wine list you will find mainly wines from Vaud, true to the motto: Le vin se boit au "Dézaley", pur le matin, a midi sans eau, le soir comme le bon Dieu l'a fait. The wine at Dézaley drinks itself, pure in the morning, at noon without water , in the evening as God made it. Which is one of the sayings that adorns our walls in the restaurant.

The restaurant, which is also known as Cave vaudoise, has been run for over 35 years by the bistrotier Pascal Ruhlé with a lot of heart and soul. The house itself was first mentioned in the 13th century. Since 1902, the Dézaley restaurant has been incorporated in it. Again and again the facilities have been modernized, but the character and the cozy atmosphere have remained.
