Jordan (Sarnen)

In our Restaurant Jordan in Sarnen we change our menus seasonally. But we never renounce our specialties! Enjoy a chicken in the Chörbli, giant Cordon Bleu or our daily fresh salad buffet - with us there is something for every taste. Our dishes are rounded off by our rich dessert menu and a suitable selection of wines.

We offer 4 menus daily as well as the existing menu. In addition, we are happy to cater to dietary requests, e.g. lactose-free or gluten-free dishes - in each case at no extra charge!For Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have continuously large menu.

Enjoy an unforgettable ambience on our covered terrace directly on the water or on our garden terrace under chestnut trees.

Real wood-fired pizza

In the Pizzeria Gjordano in Sarnen we still create pizzas according to the original recipe - fresh from the wood-fired oven. Of course we also offer other delicacies of the Italian cuisine, such as spaghetti, pasta etc.

Table grill

Name and idea are really and rightly protected, because the concept of low-fat feasting is unique! In the middle of the dining table there is a new type of grill plate, on which all kinds of delicacies can be grilled. All the heat and odors are extracted directly from the table by a fume hood. The table lighting is integrated into the fume hood. The delicacies are available from the Jordan kitchen and so the cozy barbecue can begin.

It is started with a Cüpli Prosecco or with orange juice. A small pizza from the wood-fired oven follows, then a crisp salad from the buffet and a variety of tender meats and delicious side dishes are served. Each guest can fry his favorite appetizers to his own taste without oil or fat. In addition, light homemade sauces are served.

No one needs to wait for the next course at the Grill-Bourguignonne - the atmosphere is therefore excellent and the meal is a real experience. In this gastronomic experience, all guests get their money's worth. It goes without saying that such a meal is concluded with a variation of desserts.

Thanks to the effective fume hood, no odors are trapped either in clothes or in hair. The smoke is also thoroughly extracted.

The Grill-Bourguignonne is suitable for two or more persons - also for groups. Larger tables can accommodate up to ten people.
