Gasthof zum Bad (Oberwil b. Büren)

We welcome you to the Gasthof zum Bad - a time-honored country inn in the Bernese Seeland, situated on the edge of the Bucheggberg, with wood-fired kitchen and its own spring.

In our Gasthof we serve bourgeois cuisine with many farm specialties like Metzgete in autumn or our Emmentaler weeks. Many of the products used come from our own farm or otherwise from farms in the region whenever possible. In all cases our food is fresh and of first class quality as well as healthy and balanced. In keeping with the historical background of the building, we also have a wood stove in addition to our modern kitchen heated with electricity and gas.

Enjoy our meat cuisine, but also our vegetarian dishes, we offer fish only on order. As a conclusion of a good meal or as a fine snack you can enjoy homemade dessert creations such as fresh strawberry tartlets in summer and apple cakes in winter.
