As you would expect from a Traditional Swiss House, we serve a good home-style, original Swiss cuisine with a special focus on Valais specialties: Grills, the best fondue in town, raclette, fine dry sausage and meat platters, crispy rösti with side dishes - in short, high-quality, homemade market cuisine.
