**Üechtland Käse GmbH' creates, produces and sells cheese specialties. The entrepreneurs attach great importance to the highest quality and natural and sustainable production.

Philipp Huber, Jonas Schafer and Matthieu Schafer only process milk from regional milk producers.

The optimal interaction between milk producer and milk processor is the key to an optimized production chain and this in turn to high-quality products.

Currently, 'Raclette Üechtland' ® is produced, stored and maintained at the cheese dairy in Cressier. In the future, 'Raclettes Üechtland' ® will be produced in its own cheese dairy.

Identity ...

Üechtland' is both the name and the identity of this raclette cheese. Üechtland stretches from the foot of the Fribourg Alps, along the Saane and the Sense, to the lakes of Murten and Biel to Solothurn.

From this relatively sparsely populated and strongly agricultural area comes the milk - and here the cheese is also produced with passion and love.

Production ...

Raclette Üechtland' is the result of several years of development: a strong, fully aromatic and distinctive raclette cheese with a three-month maturing period.

Raclette Üechtland' is made from fresh, silo-free milk, currently from the region Düdingen, Cressier and Münchenwiler.

The milk is thermized by heating it to a temperature of 69 - 70 °C to reduce unwanted germs. Our added, desirable lactic acid bacteria now have less competition and can multiply better.

In the ripening cellar, the 'Raclette Üechtland' is stored, regularly turned and lubricated. After at least 3 months of ripening, the mature, fully aromatic raclette cheese is put on sale.

**Saving, practical and good: the angular shape gives equal slices until the end and little loss.

100% natural, sustainably and regionally produced. Also available as organic variant.

All prices exclude travel expenses for the outward and return journey (0.45.-/ km) and VAT.

The customer is responsible for the location of the event. We recommend solid plastic plates for disposable dishes. With cardboard plates, the raclette sticks easily. Styrofoam plates could melt through.

Raclette oven rental

Would you like to invite your guests to a raclette and serve them yourself? We will be happy to rent you our professional raclette ovens for this purpose:

• Gas oven for scraping
• Turbo raclette oven with a capacity of 450 raclettes per hour

Rental costs for raclette ovens and fondue sets:

• Gas oven for skimming: Rental price CHF 30.00
• Turbo raclette oven: Rental price CHF 50.00
• Fondue set: CHF 4.00

All prices exclude travel expenses for the outward and return journey (CHF 45.- / h and CHF 0.45.- / km) and VAT.

Rented materials must be returned cleaned. Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the rental price.
