• Wild boar stew, trio of game dishes with homemade spätzli, etc.
• Ticino red polenta accompanied by: rabbit, gorgonzola-mascarpone, mushroom mix, brasato, ossobuco, cotechino, luganiga, mortadella, vitello tonnato, capretto(cabri)
• Goat sausage
• Homemade rösti all year round
