Käserei Stofel AG (Unterwasser)

Since 1983, we have been producing the finest quality products in Unterwasser from the best cow's, sheep's and goat's milk from around fifteen selected farmers in Upper Toggenburg. Our products are made according to traditional recipes and refined with a great deal of expertise and flair. New creations are constantly being developed, for example with white or blue mold cultures, with spicy wood chips or fragrant hay flowers.
