Our philosophy is to offer good quality for everyone. Whether for a cool drink, a fine lunch menu or one of our seasonal hits - at the Linde every guest becomes king.

Outside, a modern furnished terrace with sun blinds awaits you. Likewise, the restaurant offers comfortable smoking lounges as well as good parking facilities for trucks and cars.

We will be happy to make our premises or our "Säli" available to you for private and business events and will respond to your special requests in order to create the ideal culinary arrangement for you.

History

The Linde's recipe for success has always been heartfelt hospitality. The guests' wishes always come first, which is why flexibility is a top priority. With us, every guest is king!

The inn was built in 1850 and is strongly rooted in Kappel due to its long family tradition. The restaurant is thus characterized by its stability and good maintenance over decades, which extends beyond the Kappel village and is another quality feature.

The Restaurant Linde in Kappel specializes in the creation of seasonal dishes. Several times a year we offer seasonal highlights made from the best ingredients.

In Spring we spoil your palates with fine creations from fresh asparagus, wild garlic, strawberries, rhubarb and much more. In Summer enjoy our diverse dessert variations on the sunny terrace, while in Autumn the fine game feast awaits you. The end of the year is Metzgete time at the Linde.

Metzgete

The Metzgete celebrates a long tradition at the Linde. Our homemade Metzgete specialties are served in large portions from noon each Friday until Sunday. The dates for 2018 are yet to be announced.
