Bachmühle: already the name conveys the idea of idyll and romance. In fact, the Bachmühle is located a bit out of the way, in the charming landscape between Köniz and Niedermuhlern. And yet it is easily accessible from Bern, by car in about 15 minutes. But even without a car, you don't have to do without our culinary delights: the Bern-Niedermuhlern post bus stops right in front of the house.

The Bachmühle has been family-owned since 1913 - a tradition of almost 100 years of cultivating a hospitality that is still a main concern for us today! Enjoy an exceptional gastronomic experience in a family atmosphere.

In this idyllic seclusion we - Ueli Bieri and Kjell Lundin - put our common gastronomic philosophy into practice: a cultivated, market-fresh cuisine in rural surroundings. For our not everyday creations we therefore use mainly fresh quality products from the region - meat from "happy" animals and crunchy healthy vegetables! With imagination and great skill we transform these products in our kitchen into culinary poems - for our pleasure and for yours!
